Its probable origin was in Minas Gerais during the colonial period, when the Portuguese started to produce cheese in their colonies. The cheese represented Romeo and the guava represented Juliet. Alternatively, the creation of the dessert is attributed to the Bulgarians
- 1 box heavy cream

1 - Cream cheese: in a container put the cream and cream cheese and mix well, then put the egg and mix, reserve.
2 - In a container that can go to the Airfryer or the oven, line the bottom and sides with guava and then put the cream cheese. You can use individual containers or a larger one as I did.
