Churros are a very popular dessert in Brazil. Filled with dulce de leche and nutella and topped with granulated sprinkles, churros are delicious and everyone likes them. Check out the special recipe that CyberCook has separated for you!
- 250g margarine
- 3 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups of flour with yeast
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
For the Topping:
- 300g of San José dulce de leche
- 1cx milk cream
- Cinnamon powder for sprinkling
Add the margarine and the sugar, beat until it becomes a white cream, add the eggs and beat some more, then add little by little interspersing the flour and the milk, turn off the mixer and lastly add the cinnamon and mix with a spoon. Pour into a 25cm baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180° for about 30 minutes. Unmold, let it cool and let's get to the top. Mix the cream with the dulce de leche São José and then fill the half cake and sprinkle cinnamon to your liking.
